Hey boo, am a fruity lover myself, but recently just found out it’s not as healthy as we think. Combining different fruits together is really not healthy, because that’s like drinking sugar. Most fruits if not all are sweets (meaning sugar), and then when you have two to three different fruits, you are just piling up on sugar. So it’s better to go with one fruit, but never more than 2. Love your post so far. Not a busy day at work, so am catching up on your blogs.
